REMEDY FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND DIABETES REVERSAL

Has anyone heard of and tried a very appealing remedy for weight loss and reversal of diabetes?

The way out is only TWO times meal and no munching in between.... there is scientific explanation to this way of life as pronounced by Dr. Jagannath Dixit. You can watch his extensive lecture videos on Youtube.

Please respond if any one tried it.. I too wish to start this way of life.
