Help with results

T2 since 2008, and had routine blood test done 4 weeks ago. Results over the phone yesterday. Am puzzled. GP questioned whether I had been formally diagnosed (yes). Bloods show level of 53...which he said was normal. Parathyroids were normal. (which is strange as I had them out in 2010) No anemia, good B levels and Vit D. Have been supplementing the B, and had just returned from 2 weeks in Caribbean. Just dismissed by concerns overwhelming tiredness and no energy. Do we have a slight shade of miracle here? Wrong results? Or basic admin error? Am puzzled...Thank you all and stay safe.
