Hi guys I’d like to ask if anyone’s heart rate drops in the middle of exercise. Lately I’ve found it impossible to raise HR above 120ish when out walking. It doesn’t matter how fast or how long I go. Was on treadmill today and got HR to 122 checked a few minutes later and it had dropped to 65 with no change in intensity. This is new for me and wondered if anyone else gets this.
