There is nothing like bad or good cholesterol. It is the lipoprotein (carriers of cholesterol) which are bad in certain conditions. Dietary cholesterol has no effect on serum cholesterol. How much butter you can eat depends on your other food items and your calorie intake from those foods.

Very good replyposted Thanks for information Further fructrose may not harm for t2 pesons taken in minium quantity I think for T2 persons may consume fruits like papaya apple orange pomagranite may not harm and carb also nothigh and it contains many vitamins and minerals and fibers. I have consumed maximum of 100 gms fruits ( all 2 or 3fruits used total quantity of eatable parts gms )

Furthe r recently some of articles I seen that Grapes cane sugars and mangos pinappels redced the BS if consumed with Honey . I have confused about it Can please clarify Thanks

Thanks for respond Sir Eating 10 - 14 times is not accepted. Because everyman has so much engage in works either home or outside for doing any other duties.

1 Approximately everyman sleeping time is 8 hours So remaining 16 hours if we consume 10 - 14 hours every hour we must consume it may small quanitity but temptation is not particular for everyday and it depends upon what the food we consume.

2. Genrally Whatever ete our body tobe digest it taken minimum of 4 hours. otherwise the food not digestable or excess of food it may stored in thebody as fat form and further remaining food to go outside it is difficult to person as he facing the constipation problems .

3 Of course minimum qualitytaken thebody has suffering for starvation his mind has not activity became doing his job properly

4 Further please confirm here how much quantity of fruits like Apple orange pappaya and pomagranite for T2 patients safely. And if the only above fruits may taken totaly within 100 gms is acceptable ?

If these fruits only consumed in night is it increases the Blood Sugar value ?

Please share in details without link Thanks

Thanks a lot Sir
