BP gone from near perfect back up to 152/93 seemingly overnight. I can’t think what I could have done to make that happen? Taken my meds regular. No bad diet issues. How long would you leave it before going back to GP?

And it’s consistently up still. I also checked my records over the last 2 months. It’s been over 140/89 most of that time. Only at the end of June was normal.
Have now been to GP and found that my home BP monitor is probably faulty.
