Normal blood pressure st the age of sixty years

I am 60 years male, i feel very week when my blood pressure is 120/80,i face seizer some time at this blood pressure,

I feel quite normsl at 130/90

Is it ok to keep this blood pressure or i should have to keep it120/80

Hearo, suggest that you talk this through with your doctor. Blood pressure levels do tend to raise as you get older - and they also vary naturally as you go through the day.

Hi Hearo, I think age does account for ones blood pressure. Mine used to be on the low side causing dizzy spells, sudden falls, accidents. I don't know what your health conditions are, because although there is a 'norm' at various ages..blood pressure readings can indicate states of health. So ask when you next have it done, and try to keep it within the given reading...
