Hello. I am looking for information about a Diabetic Renal Diet. Also looking to become friends with others with the same medical challenges.

My wife suffers cardiomyopathy, kidney failure, COPD and more recently diabetes type 2. Like medication, all diets seem to conflict and it is almost impossible for her to lose any weight (currently at 11 1/2 stone, 5'3" 69 years). There seems to be no advice out there other than "..to maintain a healthy diet.." which we are trying to do but with great difficulty. Contact with an holistic dietician would be helpful, but where? Look forward to any advice.
