, high blood sugars I have been informed by my doctor that my sugar levels and cholesterol are high What diet do you suggest I adopt Read with interest your web page but I am not sure where and how to put things into practice

I feel very well at present and have no other health issues

FOr Sugar and Cholesterol you are advised following Ayurveda Drugs

1) Triphla Gugle 2 tabs with water three times a days

2) Chandraprabha Vati 2 tabs twice a day

3) Mamejavo Vati 2 table before meals with water

3) Triphala Churna 5-8 grams at 10 PM with warm water

Follow strict Veg Diat full with Fiber and Salad, No Sugar for at least 45 days , no Oily, spicy, fast food allowed.
