Thanks for the information. I have heard of this diet the only thing I have heard is it is expensive not in my budget right now but I will check it out. My Dr. Doubles my met for I'm so I hope that helps

I think I need to find a different dr. This on seems to making my diabetes not a big deal she did up my met to 2000. Because I complained but it took her 3 days to get back to me
