Excise and diet are Diabetes type 2 control mechanisms.

Measure often and ensure you stay between 3.5 and 8.5 mmoles/litre.

If it goes out of this range visit an endocrinologist.

Dr Eva Njenga of Land Mark is the best

Well done. There is more room to improve. Your lifestyle also can help you. Do not drink alcohol. With exercise and diet you should put up good lifestyle: Do not drink alcohol, do not eat yorgurt, sweets. Do not eat late in the night and straight to bed. Avoid stress and do not keep yourself isolated. Always find something doing to release pressure on your brains.
