Dangerous Pains On my knee joints

Hi, During the past 7 days I experienced so much pains in my knees, such that I failed even to stand up on my own. what could be the problem ? No injuries.

If u have peripheral artery disease and/or neuropathy caused by diabetes then u should see your doctor urgently.
