i beleve i share with you .At least 30 min. walk is goog for any diabetic patients. i do walk a lot due to the nature of my work. riding for long distances ,alitting at a point an d do the walking at least every other day. Walking helps in burning the calories and fat within the body. thanks for your ideas.

I think walking is a natural exercise.We have to walk whole life more or less.So it has been conditioned with life automatically. What movements of limbs we do naturally are more beneficial than any other artificial movements or exercise.If we cannot walk only then we may consider other exercises. In reply one cardiologist of Vellore of India told me that walking is the best exercise.
