Thanksfor respond Some of LCHF followers mainly inform that total cholstrol whatever it may be they says that tl/hdl mustbe less than 2 or 2.5 But most of Doctor says that totalcholestrol tobe less than 200 and TG less than pleaseclarify the ratios If TC iswithin limit some of personsreport Tg is more than 150 or 180 Please clarify If TG is greater what is the effect I think TG is one of the fat in blood? If total fat %is normalthen no problems ? Thanks
