It is good advise, but you should be very judicious about the quantities.Anything sweet or loaded with carbohydrates, you should eat as little as possible. We have to be conscious that we have limited supply of insullin in our body and so we should not put too much carbohydrate or sugar load on our system.Preferably, eat smaller quantities but more number of times.

Thanks. I have cut on starch and animal protein. I take more vegetables, lentils and at least a fruit a day. I used to exercise a lot but I seem to be slowing down. Age I suppose.

On exercises you should try at least twice or thrice a week rather than no exercise at all.

Daily 30 minutes moderate exercise for 5 days a week. Maintain routine medication. Watch out for less calories with carbos, check if you are overweight? if positive work on weight loss. B+ mind!
