In my view any physical exercise is good because it makes you sweat and thus burn the sugar. Now some people because of the age would opt for some exercises convenient to their age and ability.
Walking is the main solution. But remember metformin makes this useless. walk when your medications are not active, and don't jog or run. walk at brisk little fast pace.
Hi Trebormij I browse regardging d2 and I had this information that while taking metformin do not go for exercise or walks as your metform in already working. it is better to time your walks before injesting the meds. thank you
I have a recumbent indoor cycle and try to do 15 - 20 minutes a day. It has worked for me for 7 months. I have lost weight, built strong legs, lowered blood pressure readings, and sugar levels. I wish I had got it years ago. JanR
