Pregnancy Planning

I had surgery for excision of endometriosis is November 2022 and am now looking to pregnancy.

I am generally worried about conception anyway, as my cycle is so irregular… BUT, my main problem at the moment is getting my HBA1C within range.

Since I was diagnosed as T1D in 2019, my HBA1C has never been in range. At the moment I am seeing the CNS every six weeks or so but there is no preconception clinic in my area.

I just feel a bit disheartened and burnt out. I have always struggled with my relationship with food and I have never really adapted to my ‘new life’.
