Dear Sha

I was really pleased to read your note and to see that you are still your usual positive self. You are quite right at least you know what you are dealing with, and when push comes to shove, what's in a name, you are still you. Just live your life to the full. You are not a person with psp, or whatever, you are still our friend, Sha. and always will be.

Thinking of you and your Fred.

Well done! I have still never started and feel better with exercise, relaxation and vitamin supplements. Just keep healthy eating, laughing, and having fun! I still believe meds make you worse . Trying howard lfkes qigong exercises for now. Keep your liver healthy ..digestive system and our bodies get the nutients to use to sort out any imbalances in Your Health.

Im sorry tried to get back to you but,the site didnt respond to my signing in! I think supplements best discussed with nutritionist..but i take 1000 gm vit c everyday, 100 co enzyme q10 mutivi vit fand homocysteine formula, from higher nature, krill oil omega 3 , zinc sulphate to detox. Then not everyday I take magnesium for stress snd sleep andcamomile teas! And for high cholesterol...mexican red yeast rice pill. I take prunes and dried apricots every day and do qi gong liver cleanse exercise and drink lots of water...to make certain it digests ok and stops constipation.

Hope that helps! Im learning by trial and error..have bach flower mix drops to support..Digestion is the key in my opinion, lots of green veggies..if feel dopamine low..broad bens and avocado!

Hi Sasha ..am i reading correctly ...you dont take meds ..i have been told by lots of people including my specialist i dont look like ive had pd for over 23 yrs as it has progressed very slowly...id love to get off meds as im sure they have added to the problem! ive been tested and apparently i do have it but its kinda confused the dr! He said im mvery lucky....id feel even luckier off the meds! I take less meds than prescribed which i see as a way on the ro-a-d to living without meds but im a little scared to reduce more without learning more..any advice would be greatly appreciated!

shasha profile image
shasha in reply toliljulez

hello - so sorry not to have seen this question sooner - but i now have been dx with PSP hence the no drugs - anyway you are truly a miracle - 23years !!!
