I haven't been on my computer for months, I've been busy with a garden (this summer), I pushed myself hard. The pain to tend it, charlie horses, back pain and general discomfort, was almost unbearable but I did it! It produced many vegetables and I'm planning on planting another next summer.
My PD is about the same. My med's have been changed and are working better. I'm taking generic CARB/LDOP/ENTA 25-100-200 tabs 4 x a day + 50-200 carbidopa-levo ER 2x a day. Carisoprodol
350mg 4 x a day for muscle spasms. I lost another 20 lbs and am down to 115 lbs. I'm thinking the weight loss has helped me be more active and I feel pretty good.

Nice to see your name again. I really admire your attitude. I must try to work through the pain. I am encouraged by your weight loss. I keep piling it on so must exercise and work in the garden a lot more. My back pain usually stops me, but if you can work through it, I will give it a try. Perhaps I take the easy route and sit around too much, which also results in pain. There is no easy answer.
good for you! I'm green with envy of your garden I too push myself to keep going to exercise classes, meetings, and people dropping by. Then hopefully I get a good night's sleep to restore. Now I have 2 new medical conditions to chase around town for. Damn! I'd rather go to a comedy show or concert
I'd rather be doing anything else than dealing with all the facets of Parkinson's. However, since I don't have a choice but to deal with it, I'll look forward to this session of PT ending and speech theraoy beginning November26th.
