Yes, I use them both in high amounts. But start low and up slow. Because you could need other b's like b1 thiamine and b3 nicotinamide (some need niacin). Always look at the advers reaction to determine if you need other b's to.
Yes, I started taking b2 and b7 daily. Standard amounts though (recommendations on the bottle label). I don't know if it's helping, but it can't hurt at these low levels.
All the B vitamins work together synergistically.
