I take a Mood brand sleep gummy one hour before bedtime and it enables me to sleep well through the night. Has cbd, thc and melatonin. Before I started it my nights were terrible!

for how long are you using CBD/THC and did the sleep improvement subside the symptoms?

Over a year at least. I had a lot of restless leg movements which are now not an issue at night. I used to wake up at 4-5 a.m. and also had trouble falling asleep, both much better.

Hello,

Just one question. What happens if you want to travel to another country where CBD oil is not prescribed to PD patients? How do you cross borders?

i have used high cbd low thc oil (20:1) for help with sleep. That strength helped a bit until I changed to a 10:10 blend and that was a game changer. I take .5 ml before bed. No noticeable other improvements other than better sleep

hello!

My husband uses it for relaxation/ calming of his tremors in the day ( in a gummy ~ sativa blend) and then one for nighttime to help with sleep ( indica blend that also has CBD/CBC/CNBN) it has been a game changer for the night time & his sleep. he suffered terribly with REM sleep disorder & nightmares - screaming, hitting, falling out of bed. Since taking the gummies, about 1/2 before bed - he sleeps SO much better, Minimal talking in his sleep, no other movements. typical PD meds have failed him - no improvement in tremors, HORRIBLE side effects.

Previous discussions on HU seems to suggest CBD with <3% THC was beneficial. That was general consensus.

I grow the two legal plants each that are allowed for myself and my wife, the maximum 4 per household. Harvest time , I take all the leaves and buds and after drying for one week , I grind it all up in a food processor. Then I roast 2/3 of it and leave 1/3 raw. Each have different beneficial properties and composition.

Then I make an ointment by low temperature steeping of both the roasted and raw in coconut oil it takes about 12 hours . Cannabis dissolves in oil not water. Coconut oil starts to tturn liquid at 75deg F. and do not roast or steep above 175 deg F with 200 deg F tolerated for a short time . I use a double boiler and a candy thermometer to control temperature amd a stainless strainer to remove most of the solids (forget cheese cloth) and then put it in recycled skin cream jars. Some people also put bees wax in with the coconut oil to keep it more solid but I just use the coconut oil and that way I can mix a small bit in my tea before bed if I want . Interestingly I have never done that, and have never consumed cannibis either by smoke or eaten it in a muffin or tea. I have only used it as an ointment / skin cream which does not in any part go to the brain and I will repeat. CANNIBIS USED ON THE SKIN as an ointment will not get to the brain.

It is the number one thing we use for pain and aches on my elbows , knees (arthritis ) back muscles (back deformation) and neck muscles and restless legs.

Having read this post I will now try some in my tea BUT if it makes me sleep better and I miss either the I:00 am or the 4 am does of L.D. then I will awake with cramps so another test is necessary .

Thanks for the post

Greetings from Canada
