21 days ago I started on 100mg. Superior Source sublingual B1 mononitrate tablets. I place the tablet under my tongue and I do not swollow. After 10 mins. I spit out the saliva and rinse my mouth. The thinking behind this is to avoid the nitrate residue which in some literature says it may cause kidney stones. Is this the wrong way to take the sublingual tablet.?

read daphne Bryan’s book from Amazon for full details of b1 therapy.
Sublingual start dose is 50mg MWF place under tongue and allow to dissolve DO NOT swallow saliva for 30 minutes to allow b1 through the mucus membrane into your system, then SWALLOW saliva. This is the basics but you need the full protocol for success.
