Jojoba

Other Ingredients: In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid, and Water. Contains No: Gluten, Dairy, Alcohol, Preservatives, Artificial Colours, or Sweeteners. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly.

Topical Application: Dilute rosemary oil with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil before applying it to the skin. It can be used for massage, hair care, or skin conditions.

JOJOBA carrier oil is anti-inflammatory, wound healing, is great for dry/inflamed skin, and has a LONG shelf life. Essential oils I combined are anti-inflammatory, reduce swollen/puffiness/accumulated fluids, analgesic/pain reducing.

I cannot tolerate mineral oil or lanolin, jojoba, petroleum, coconut, macadamia, or anything else that is harsh on the lips. Many natural oils seem great, but are not compatible with use on the skin, they just sit on top and don't truly moisturize.

I have been taking biotin, zinc, and have tried other natural supplements and jojoba oil. I know this requires patience, as with everything. I also almost lost some of my toes, as for my survival my body did not consider them important.

You can use sesame or jojoba oil as a base if you wish. It is more pleasant and less skin agressive than Vicks ointment for example. You must let it penetrate for 20mn before you get dressed.

Body butters containing natural ingredients like coconut oil, cocoa butter, jojoba, and/or aloe oil, and pure essential oils are excellent. Like the soaps, these are found in health food stores. Movies: DVD or digital movies help pass the time.

The scents of bergamot, lavender, eucalyptus, petitgrain, and jojoba go straight to the amygdala—the brain's fear and anxiety center—creating an immediate sense of calm and lowering your blood pressure.
