PD is a multi factor illness (except some rare inherited cases of Parkinson's m)...I would say with no particular order:1, some chronic bacterial low grade intracellular infection(s) the more co infections the better :)ideally in head area, sinuses, dents etc. 2, bad lifestyle and dietary habits - sugar, high carb, processed food+in combination with bad sleep hygiene, alcohol drinking, overworking and overthinking, not enough healthy rest, but overdoing even the healthy exercise, inability to switch off 📴
3, Not properly working detoxification pathways and elimination habits - genetically weak methylation and another detox pathways - physical and emotional detox as unsolved childhood trauma or your divorce are extremely important
4, exposure to chemicals - pesticides, exposure to chemical pharmaceutical drugs, overused antibiotics, recreational illegal drug use ......
Well honestly, I would say that the most important is the emotional and detox part .Is the place where to start . You can eat much broccoli as you can but if you can't handle the detoxification side effects or have someone to support you on the bad day,or still thinking about your ex wife who left you 5 years ago, you are locked into your prison of emotions where you only are the one who holds the key to get out..
We are the product of our habits and importantly we have to forgive ourselves for all the bad habits we had and everything bad we did to ourselves ...That was the only way we could have been doing it...
