What will they remember?

"He’s a shaky old man. Look how he shuffles. Oh, I wish he would speak up. They say he was an accomplished gentleman... in his prime."

Want to leave a more lasting message. Then write it.

I have written a quasi-memoir: Day Trading with My Hebrew Uncle – A Mostly True Novella about Personal Finance. The book documents an earlier trading system related to international markets but more importantly addresses issues of greed versus fear; pride versus humility; the value of mentorship; the mystery of wisteria; and conflict of the human soul. Fellow Mississippian and Noble Prize winner William Faulkner recorded that inner conflict is the only subject worthy of an author’s work.

Advice from my Hebrew uncle is free as an e-book from Amazon beginning February 6. (Wednesday through Saturday. You may need to download the Kindle app but it is also free.) Alternatively, you may order directly (free) from my Parkinson’s-related website: crvoyles.com

Im confused about the use of "Hebrew." Are you using it interchangeably with Jewish?

As it happens, I had a low-risk, high-return daytrading system that lasted for 10 years. It did involve my bear nature.

Fortunately, I have other winning systems, although not for daytrading.

Daytrading can be tough! park_bear, you sound like you were frequently short. I was not knowledgeable enough to trade the short side well and just okay on the long side. I think I was more intrigued by TA than anything. I can tell that chart patterns are playing out differently than just 10 years ago, but still interesting for me when I have time to trade!

these thoughts lay heavy in my mind as well..seems my main memories of my deceased mother center around her decline and eventual death. I hate the thought of being remembered in the state of demise.
