Early in this year i have lauched my book "Enquanto correr há esperança!". Translated to english it would be something like "Running on hope!". It's not translated yet, maybe in the future, when i can find some free time. It's a book that i wrote to help people with Parkinson's, based on my own experience of managing the disease for 16 years now, my research, my options, the persons who helped me with great insights, like Dr. Laurie Mischeley, John Pepper, Daphne Bryan, Roy, Lena McCullough, Marc Anderson and others. In there i talk in things like sport, my love with running, food and nutrition, suplementation, the importance of social connetion, and my PTT FUS intervention in Switzerland. It was a surprise to me when i received an email 3 months ago saying that my book was nominee along with another 3 to the Authors Gala Awards in the non-fiction category. It was an even biggest surprise when, 2 weeks ago i won the prize, being this year editor's choice as the non-fiction best book. I was amazed, but last week i received a call inviting me to present the book next week in the national television. This disesase brought me so much dificulties, but also fantastic persons into my life, and no doubt made me a better person!
