It's been over three years now, to be precise it was 15 december 2020.... when I was diagnosed with Parkinson's! And I'm still doing very well! Yes, some things have even improved!
Either I have a very good course (does anyone know someone who was doing so well without medication?), or I'm doing something right!
I'm definitely staying on the ball and will continue to try alternative healing methods.
It's not a how-to video. Tom outlines the modalities he uses, you may need to do a deep dive to ascertain which modalities suit your current state, and keep improving incrementally 🙏
Wow a lot, good job. I'm in pretty good shape, 70, but don't do most of what you are doing. I don't have the money to do that. I exercise, box, eat good, some supplements, cl 3x day. I wish I had the time and $ to try more things. If you're ever in Chiang Mai, hit me up.
Thanks Tom! Have you ever been told you have a tremor dominant form of Parkinson’s? That’s what my movement disorder specialist has said about me and I see a lot of myself in the way that you move in your videos! Oh, by the way, I use Smoovey rings, almost daily as well. I was officially diagnosed in March 2023, but I started my tremor in the summer of 2021. The only real progression I’ve experienced is in my tremor. Thanks again for sharing and best wishes!
I'm really interested in the Smovey rings. I really struggle with action tremor mostly, tremor in my shoulders and atrophy even though I lift weights. This all started for me with frozen shoulder. Do you think these will help?
PDTom I think it would be very helpful if you make your daily exercise and other interventions videos. Maybe some of us can follow you and improve our symptoms.
