My question is regarding Parkinson medication,is their alternatives to the normal medications like Ldopa etc which can be prescribed to patients with heart arrhythmias ,because ive read that some medications like Ldopa can cause heart arrhythmia themselves ,which i suffer with plus ive had a triple heart bypass . i'm due to see a specialist soon because I've been exhibiting some parkinson symptoms.
thanks

Here too I think some relativisation is desirable. It has indeed been proven that intensive sports practice like you apply can inhibit PD. However, in combination with the right mindset, nutrition, supplements and environmental factors.
So maybe it's also your positive approach to PD, your fanatical mission, that ensures the special results for you. But it can also be the wonderful South- African climate or otherwise the good wine from the region! Who will know... 🍀
It has been proven in a trial run by the Mayo Clinic in the USA showing that High Energy Aerobic Exercise (Walking) does produce more GDNF, which repairs the damaged brain cellls. So, KEEP WALKING!
I go to the gym 5 days a week and do 45 minutes of walking on the treadmill, and I plan to continue to do that, let’s hope that this helps. Don’t want to start meditation if I can help it !
