molecular hydrogen… what do we think people?

Ari Whitten has started a new company- Human optimisation.

It is selling molecular hydrogen. It appears it is metallic magnesium in a tablet with some food acids so a chemical reaction occurs to produce the hydrogen.

What do we think? Has anyone tried it?

Here is a previous post on this with plenty of comments: Molecular Hydrogen, Ionized Alkaline Water and Parkinson's Relief. healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

I have seen the hydrogen pills before.

I have the hydrogen water generator thing. I stopped using it out of laziness.

Thanks.

You didn’t have benefit from it I assume?

Hard to say. I did not use it that much.

I’ve been using his molecular hydrogen tablets for about a month now. I haven’t noticed any benefits so I won’t be reordering. But I love his podcasts!

Yes, I listen to most of them and mostly seem to make a lot of sense . Occasionally he has someone you can tell he is sceptical of but I like that he quizzes everyone very hard so I can identify if what they say makes sense

In high school the chemistry teacher used a flashlight battery to separate hydrogen then ignited it with a match. It made a loud firecracker pop.

Sounds like it cures everything! Interesting that bacteria produce large amounts in the intestine already. Another reason antibiotics might harm you.

I've used molecular hydrogen for about a year. Haven't noticed much. I think if I drink it before it fully dissolves it gets me pretty gassy....

My husband used hydrogen tabs faithfully in his early diagnosis period, I don't remember how long, neither do I remember noticing anything significantly different, but who can tell with lots of things, bc we do not know how it would have manifest or progressed otherwise, right? I'll ask him if he remembers anything about this from back then.

Yes, the trouble is any experiment is n=1 no placebo trial. I usually make it a blind(to him) trial by not telling him he is trialling a new thing. I make up his vitamin pack. I have full permission to do this as he isn't interested in researching himself.
