Dr Eric Berg protocol : youtu.be/RpMEMX-c... - Cure Parkinson's
Dr Eric Berg protocol
It seems a little too simple to me.
Good find. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Berg.
Just another high-cost health professional treating symptoms based on vague theories.
Yes, Parkinson's CAN be reversed, but only if we treat the causes.
We know the causes, so find the causes of YOUR symptoms, then get well.
It doesn't cost anything to avoid damaging foods. youtu.be/qDW86yRo-A4?si=WcB...
True. It costs very little to avoid damaging food and a little more to eat really healthy food. It is all the other stuff that fools people into spending money unwisely and the claim that PD can be reversed without treating the causes.
Yes, PD CAN be reversed, but only when we treat the causes - trauma/stress, toxins, stealth infections.
Very interesting and not too dissimilar to The B1 Protocol by Daphne Bryan that seems to work for a lot of PD people so I wouldn't discount it.
My husband was diagnosed with PD at the end of April. He was put on a couple of the usual PD meds. But we were concerned when we read about those side effects. He went on a gluten free diet and also started fasting. He added a lot of B vitamins and CBD oil. Recently he added Lions Mane. Mild exercise including chi Kong (sp?) was added in. He took himself off the prescription meds after being on them several months. We followed up with the neurologist last week who noted that my husband was 80% improved with his symptoms. So we will continue with more natural approaches for as long as he can.
I am always suspect of these "doctors" who simplify too much. Keto doesn't mean reduce sugar...he is talking about carbohydrates.
My two cents--hope it helps. Please don't take Dr. B (or any of the other Chiropractors-with-whiteboards) too seriously. Especially if they're selling anything. Check behind the curtain--Dorothy and Toto style. Maybe they really think they can help. But we're a rather desperate and vulnerable population.
Is that Eric Berg the chiropractor on Youtube?
