Does anyone take high doses of Melatonin?

If so how much do you take daily, do you take it at night time and do you break the dose up the dose or take it all in one go?

I take higher dose melatonin at 132 mg/day. I take it all at night shortly before bedtime.

I take 120 mg per night, usually a 60 mg capsule at bedtime and another 60 mg in the middle of the night. Art (Chartist) has several posts discussing the benefits of melatonin.

Where do you get such high doses? Does it interfere with C/L ?

You didn't answer about the C/ L. Does it matter when you take it ?

As far as I know, Jim is on CL with his 120 mg melatonin and has not reported a problem.

It doesn't interfere with carbidopa levodopa as far as I can tell.

I tried Melatonin and it definitely made me sleep better but I had a melatonin "hangover" (sleepiness, nausea) after taking it for several weeks so I cut the dose in half and then stopped.
