Can anyone tell me of a supplier of melatonin in the UK I used to get it off eBay but now disappeared

This company ships to the UK and other members have reported being able to get melatonin through them in their country that does not allow it :

I managed to get some from this company, they are based in the USA but happily ship to the U.K. it’s called biovea.com/uk/ , they have quite an extensive website and sell melatonin at various strengths. It took a couple of weeks to come.

I did manage to get some from my GP for myself to help with sleeping, I don’t have PD my husband has. I didn’t like the sleepy effect it has on me so sits unused in my cupboard.

Thanks for the info I am just looking at all the options, I used to have no problem with ebay so don't know whats changed, think I have used biovea before for other products

Zella, I don’t know what dose you took, but my GP prescribed 3mg (compounded), which I find works well. I have also tried 2mg, which we can now get over the counter (if you are over 55)! I found 2mg okay as well. I also tried 5mg a couple of times. That made me very sleepy the next day. I don’t know if that’s any help.

Yes it was a low dose, 3 mgs made me feel quite sleepy so after a few days I didn’t bother. I still have on and off times with sleep, but I m trying hard to use natural methods, thanks.

By far the cheapest I've found though double what it was at start of the year. Stick with the cheapest delivery, I think it took about 10 days last time. You prompted me to reorder so I will update here with how long it took

I also had duties and taxes because of the N Acytyl cysteine but if you order just melatonin there are no taxes.

I went online to check and its got a special on.

I ordered 2 x 120 10mg on a deal at £9.72 plus £3.71 shipping but they have 2 for 1 today on a bottle of 120 x 10mg at £7.09 so with the second bottle free that is £7.09 + £3.71 shipping giving £10.80 for 240 x 10mg delivered. I think 3mg is cheaper but I take 50mg doses.

I also had NAC 120 x 1000mg for £13.88 plus £5.47 duties and taxes so not sure if that was good value on NAC but you don't normally get 1000mg. No additional shipping fee was added, so just £3.71 in total for delivery.
