Does anyone here see decreases in tremors without using levodopa?

I see on the Constatini faq - The protocol we devised, in fact, always requires the addition of l-dopa in order to suppress the motor symptoms.

I'm just about to begin B1, and my only symptom is tremors, so I'd rather avoid levodopa unless it's needed.

Should I start with B1 only and see what happens?

Go on the Facebook B1 Therapy site. You must buy Daphne's book which is not expensive and very, very helpful. The professional, Sergio Pieche, also advises. It is not quite as straight forward as it sounds. Some people don't need as much B1 as others and magnesium and b complex should be taken. I know Dr Constani condoned taking ldopa with B1 but you read other peoples experiences and it is very helpful.
