Sublingual B1

I started taking 100 mg sublingual B1 two months ago and have seen slight improvements. I’m taking it M-W-F and would like to increase it to see if more improvements are possible. Has anyone else increased the sublingual dosage?

if you have seen some improvements however small please don’t increase your dose or you are likely to tip into OD. Improvement follows for at least 6 months. Monitor and RECORD daily because some improvements are hard to spot. I started almost two years ago and am enjoying my new lease of life due to b1

What did you use to track symptoms? I’m just starting B1 therapy (6 weeks)

I used the tracking sheet which is on Parkinson’s b1 therapy fb page. Also read Daphne Bryans book of the same name and watch her utube videos. I also have a success story video on the Parkinson’s b1 therapy utube page.

You would really be doing yourself and the B1 Therapy Protocol a bif favour if you bought Parkinson's and the B1 Therapy by Daphne Bryan PhD on Amazon,as it is invaluable to any-one using B1 and the proceeds go towards more research

If you have a Facebook account you could ask in the parkinsonsb1therapy group to find out other people's experiences. Daphne Bryan is the Admin and has a lot of experience with using B1.
