I was there for a 4 day silent retreat in May. Hard, very hard. Don’t take your mobile as you’re always tempted to text!

Can’t honestly say I had any revealing experiences tbh. Shame. Maybe I’m beyond redemption? 😂😇

4 days not enough, I went once to a 7day silent retreat, just started to settle and get some good insight last couple of days…
