I think there's a lot to this - the vagus nerve keeps popping up in relation to Parkinson's whether it be the gut-brain connection and alpha-synuclein travel, parasympathetic/sympathetic nervous system imbalance etc.

Makes sense to exercise it or give it some TLC and see what happens...

Thanks Jeeves! That was very relaxing and didn’t take long to do. I posted something a few yrs ago that said if I pressed both temples with my fingers it would temporarily ease my tremors. I had no idea it was probably the vagus nerve. 🥊

I'm taking a Tai Chi class. Part of the warm-up includes massaging and tapping the acupuncture points shown in the video. They're part of the stomach and small intestine meridians.
