The worst part of my off time is awful pain in one foot. It drives me mad. Levodopa does a good job of relieving the situation but I can also get relief by sleeping. Overnight is fair enough because you expect systems to repair and renew and tine for dopamine stores to build. But for me, even a 15 minute nap can be enough. Why? What is the mechanism of action that turns pain off after just 15 mins of sleep??

don’t know the mechanism but I have toe pain with severe toe curling spasms. C/L helps fir an hour. As does 10 minutes of resting feet on vibrating plate before sleep. I also do fast walking. Stationery bike. Rock steady boxing.
