Use of soluble Prolopa(madopar) to bridge shortfalls between doses

Is anyone using soluble Prolopa(madopar) to bridge shortfalls in the gaps between your meds? I’m taking Stalevo 75 mg 5 x a day, every 3 3/4 hours but today I kept going off too soon. I use small doses of Prolopa 125 dispersible ( soluble ) occasionally in ‘emergences’ but not every dose. I kept to a quarter tab each time so 1 and 1/4 tabs. It moreorless worked but not great.

Any comments?

To get an impression of what is going on, you can use this app:

The model used includes Stalevo, but not fast acting Madopar, you will have to approximate for that.

If you are going off frequently, this would suggest that you should increase your dose, or increase the frequency of the dose.

I use "dynamic dosing": reading the signs sent by my body (e.g. tremor) to determine when I take a dose. In this case the timing of a dose varies from day to day.
