Hi. How are you? Just wanted to let you know that I am using 100% Mucuna powder and it's working well. I got a capsule filler from Amazon and fill the powder in the capsule and took 3 in the morning. Stopped Prolopa. Stiffness is a lot better.

thanks I have started taking mucana capsules recently. I take one with half a sinemet x 4 times a day.

I used to take 4 sinemet a day and have really bad off times. I hope to cut it down more & increase mucan.

How many milligrams is in each capsule ?

Hi Sammy,What size of capsules you are using and how much MP powder do you put on each capsule? Is it full?

Hello Sir, The capsule size is "00" I use a mini capsule filler and I believe it fills 80%. I take 2 capsules in the morning at 7am and I feel quite normal till 4pm. Please do not take empty stomach. keep in my I do not have tremors, My issue is stiffness and rigidity.

so this is just the Mucuna Pruriens Powder which is 4-7% L-Dopa?? confusing as they claim 100% L-Dopa which is nearly impossible and requires extraction process. Just trying to compare to other pure Mucuna Powders. thanks

I live in Canada and tried few 100% mucuna powders but it did nothing, This US product costs me 3 times more but has an amazing effects on my stiffness and rigidity, i do not have tremors so cannot comment on that

i see on their website they sell extracts of 98%, 25%, 20% and the simple powder which I'm assuming is 5%ish L-Dopa and then lastly the 100% extract you're speaking of......if you took just Mucuna powder in the past and are now taking an extract you should definitely feel significantly more of an effect.

PS they just responded to me and confirmed it is a 99.6% extract FYI

I put in a 00 size capsule and take it with water. i hate 1 capsule at 5 am and wake up at 7 am then 1 capsule every 5 hrs

works really well. 6 years and still no meds.

00 capsule full volume = 0.9 ml*. He fills "80% full" >> 0.72 ml.

1 tsp = 5 ml. 0.72/5 = 0.14 tsp = a little more than 1/8 tsp product in each of his capsules, assuming he does not compress the powder when filling.
