Does anyone have experience or information about injecting B12? I read that a deficiency can also cause serious neurological problems that can be very similar to Parkinson's symptoms?
I’d love to hear! Thank you very much! ( I’am from Holland)

I self-injected B12 two times each month under the guidance of my doctor. My B12 was found to be quite low during a routine blood test, he said an average person would have a B12 value > 1000, mine was around 250. As you noted, B12 plays an important role in neurological health. I can't say I have noticed any difference in my PD symptoms while I was doing the injections, but my B12 is now within the "normal" range.
Read somewhere that high B12 correlates to low B1 - interesting in view of the HDT Costantini Protocol. I no longer inject but take sublingual drops (this gets round the issue of poor B vit absorption that some have due to gastric issues, and nanotech in most injectibles).
B12 and its correlates are tough to figure out. My B12 levels are very high, but my cobalt levels are very low. My doc prescribed B12 injections just recently. Will be interesting to see what happens. Good luck.
