Symprove.

King’s College Hospital did an extensive survey with Symprove. It’s not cheap but worth trying for 3/4 months, the minimum time to feel the benefits.

I know its expensive. I have cured my UTI's with a cheaper one recomended by an Indian PD doctor. It appears that women with PD get UTI's regularly. This is for my HWP. Not me. Thank you.

How interesting Jeanie, what is the probiotic you have used? So far I have escaped UTI’s but take the probiotic to help digestion, at a cost! Best wishes,

Vitalityvits. Picture above. Much cheaper. Lac. Rhamnosus ,Casei and Reuteri same to be the key. I also take D mannose.

I make kombucha, simple and just the price of oolong tea. Ask around to find someone with a SCOBY to share, we drink it every day

My wife uses Bio Kult Mind. We think it helps her cognitoon and mood. Producer also says İt blocks alpha synuclein protein aggregatiaon. İt is made in UK.

We tried that for 6 months but gave it up. Didn't seem to be doing anything.

I tried Sugar Shift from biotiquest. The woman who developed it did so for her HWP apparently. It was ok for me. I may try it again because I only used up the one bottle. I was taking it mostly for constipation, which it did not reliably resolve. But maybe I didn't take it long enough.
