What Stress Does to the Body After 50. Th... - Cure Parkinson's
What Stress Does to the Body After 50. The older we are, the more chronic stress can damage our health. But there are ways to tame the worry
A timely reminder. Thanks very much
When reading this I started to think about how the stress of living daily life with Parkinson's when so many simple tasks become so difficult is a real test for coping skills. Of course, one of the first things recommended is exercise and it seems like it can be quite helpful but then sometimes the Parkinson's can make strenuous exercise more difficult since movement itself can be more challenging. I have seen stress make tremors be more pronounced - not to say that lowering stress gets rid of them altogether but less stress can decrease the tremors to the point where some activities are not as challenging
Hi Marc,Nice read. You and I have some time before we turn 50 so no need to worry! I would like to exchange some Cortisol neurons for Dopamine producing neurons...Can anyone help us get that done? Maybe Dr. Frankenstein youtu.be/C9Pw0xX4DXI
