Please see my previous post (it explains the "why"): Lemon Sludge for PD healthunlocked.com/cure-par...

So I have improved on the Lemon Sludge and made a lemon drink that is easy and tasty and I can know I am getting an entire lemon, peel and seeds and all, every day. My wife loves the drink too! It is energizing.

1: Scrub your lemons clean with a brush and maybe some vegetable soap (please do some research on this part) and then soak them for a while in water with some vinegar and then rinse them. I do a whole bag of lemons and keep a big bowl of clean lemons in the fridge.

2: Take a wide mouth quart jar and drop a lemon in the jar, add some ice, and fill it almost full with water. I put the lemon in first so I know how much water I need to fill the jar :)

4: Get a big tablespoonful of Raw Honey (or whatever you have) and put that in the blender too.

Looks amazing. Enjoy drinking.

Looks good Bolt. How long does it keep for? I can guarantee that I'll be the only one drinking it. 😄

It does not have to keep! One lemon = One serving :)

It might help with hypochlorhydria (lack of stomach acid) which apparently a lot of us have. You can try the bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) test 5 days in a row on an empty stomach to see. my.clevelandclinic.org/heal...

I think the teeth thing is very important and a good reminder to me as I've been having lemon juice in water a lot more - since I did this test and didn't burp at all suggesting I have the low stomach acid.

Yes, on my previous post somebody mentioned that lemons acidity is close to what our stomach's acidity should be. Bonus!

Yesterday I added a qtr teaspoon of licorice root extract to the mix. It really added something interesting to the taste and is something I should have daily anyway.

To keep lemons fresh in fridge - put in a sealed plastic bag. There is a lemon pie recipe that uses the whole lemon on Pinterest.
