Perspective: My 20mg a day is ~ 1/8th of a Sublingual B1

Most things declare the vitamin content, but Alinamin-F declares TTFD. The molar weight of TTFD is 398.54 g/mol and the molar weight of Thiamine (B1) is 265.355 g/mol, therefore 50 mg is 32.9mg B1 (66.59%). Fursultiamine is another name for TTFD.

So my sweet spot of 20mg a day is 13.3mg B1 or approximately 1/8th of        Dap1948 's 100mg sublingual.

I have decided to stop taking the 1100mg Thiamine hcl. I am only the 20mg Alinamin-F every morning.
