I've been a believer of "healing my gut" since I self-diagonsed my PD almost 2 years ago... (My neuro/MDS disagrees with my diagnosis and is a total bozo whom I never saw again.)
Today is day #394 of healing my gut with my O.M.A.D. (one meal a day diet with all calories eaten within a 2 hour window).
So I fast at least 22 hours every day... Never cheating. Not once. Not even a carrot stick!
Believe me... it is VERY EASY to do this diet. I get totally 'full' on less than 1,500 calories ... start with a lot of VEGGIES and you'll get full fast! (Last night I ate only 1,070 calories).
'You' can do the O.M.A.D. and help to heal your BRAIN!
So far, my PD-like symptoms are in 'check.' Whether it's my 37 supplements .... saunas ... O.M.A.D. ... or some of my other self-therapies helping to slow down progression of "whatever it is" that I have ... I really don't know.
I've lost almost 60 pounds! (I have another 30 pounds to lose). Yet, I eat "everything!" (in moderation). Beef. Poultry. Dairy. Potatoes. (cauliflower) Pizza. Fruit. and yesssss ... TONS of vegetables!
