Hi,
Has any-one taken B1 complex and small amounts of magnesium for 2-4 weeks before starting HDT as suggested in Daphne's book "Parkinson's and the B1 Therapy" please?

yes I follow Daphnes b1 protocol and have had great success. Magnesium and bcomplex are required alongside your chosen form of b1 in order to be most effective. Follow the instructions in daphnes book and utube videos and you can’t go wrong
