I was diagnosed with PD in 2019 in the midst of my removal of my gall bladder. I am very grateful for stumbling into a Youtube video of Daphne Bryan's interview and her book.
Does anyone know:
1. what form of thiamine it should be for intramuscular injection
2. Where and how can one source it? Can anyone recommend a reliable supplier? Does it require a prescription ?
I would be grateful for any information on the above.

Hi.I am sorry to tell you that there is only one known way to reverse the progression of PD, it is Fast Walking. There is no cure for PD.
You have the choice of either taking medication and slowly watch your condition get worse until you are unable to move, or else you can take control over your PD and actually improve it if you start walking as fast as you can, which might be quite slow at the beginning but it will get faster as you get fitter and you only have to do that for up to an hour, and no more, every second day.
I am 88 now and still walking and was diagnosed in 1994. I had PD symptoms long before then.
Do yourself a favour and start getting healthier and avoid that slow slide into hell.
Contact me if you would like. I have demonstrated my walking all over the world and still do demonstrations and give talks and have nany emails from other PD patirnts who have all improved their health.
Thank you very much , John. for your reminder. My neurologist also gave me the same advice 2 years ago but I have not taken her advice seriously. Though I have been walking regularly , I have not been walking briskly as she advised as I get angina pains after only a few minutes walking briskly. I guess I just have to try harder and push on. Your testimony is very encouraging. Thank you!
Hi . When you tried the brisk walking, did you warm-up first or did you go as fast as you could immediately? I walk for about a minute before I go fast. Also, if you keep on practicing the walking until your get the angina then stop. See if the period before the angina starts is getting less, the more you do it.
´ on a side note, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s just after the opérations on my bladder. There are more and more voices talking about the link between Parkinson and anaesthesia Interesting.
I don't know what anaesthetics I was given for the removal of gall stones. I was given IV Tramadol for a week to relieve my back pains . It was a few days after this that I was diagnosed with PD. This was months before the actual removal of my gall bladder. My son came across a medical report on a case where Tramadol was suspected to have been the trigger of Parkinsonism in a patient . She was however succesfully cured with the usual PD medication .
