I just bought a vibration pad (Lifepro, a little more expensive, but a lifetime warranty). Does anyone have suggestions for use?

I’ve had the Rumblex for quite a few years. It good for aches, pains, balance, increasing bone density and more. Lifepro has great customer service, a Facebook page and private group that are very active with all kinds of specific direction. Reach out to Joel or Amber….

Is a vibration pad the same thing as a plate?

I believe they are one and the same. Check out LifePro
