It did not work for me. It made my dyskinesia worse and I had bad dreams at night, but it helped a PwP that I workout with at the gym. Conclusion... everyone is different. But if I had my choice I wouldn't take it again. 🥊

I’ve been taking it for a little over a month and it’s helping me. It extends the c/l dosage time and I tend not to be as tired. Well worth a try, everyone is different.

I've been on it for several years. I suffer with dizziness and exreme fatigue and don't know if it's the Carbodopa Levidopa or the Comtan or if my PD is just getting worse. I do know that it causes my urine to be a bright flourescent orange color (Lol). Plus it seems to really extend the Levidopa so I rarely have off times.

yes I can understand where you are coming from I have the same issue with the colour of my urine ? And yes it does I prove my on time too but it does seem to be less as time goes on now wether it’s the entacapone or the the Madopar is struggling to keep up with it??

I’m honestly unsure what is happening at the moment and it can be very variable indeed?

I take quote a cocktail of drugs which in Claude’s 6 Madopar 100/25 + 9 Madopar 50/12.5 plus 5 entacapone + 6 mg neupro patch is there anyone ot there taking a similar amount of drugs for this awfull problem ?

I am concerned that I could do with a complete change in medication?

I also believe that I could be suffering from over active thyroid issues that’s causing me to lose weight and also feeling drained most of the time I have lost approximately 1 1/2 stone in about two years it’sbeen a slow process but I am struggling to put it back on.?

Two vital bits of information that would help when answering your question is your age and when you were diagnosed

Sounds like you suffer from hypotension, (low blood pressure) due to the autonomic problems of Parkinsons and made worse by the drugs we have to take.
