how to increase the dose of vitamin b1 hcl every week?

I've been doing it for six months, I'm very careful...

since last Sunday, I'm on 500 mg...

I will stay on this dose for a week…

But what do you advise me in a week, to go to 1 g, or to go to 750 mg?

yes a lot but it was a little dose : 300 mg…

But i know it is not my sweet spot, so i want to increase…

Since last sunday i use to take 500mg

I will increase the dose next sunday but can i increase with 500 mg or a lower dose?
