Someone on this forum referred me to Amazon. It’s Solgar Vitamin B1 Super Potency Thiamin 500 MG

The solgar pills are fairly large and some forum members have reported trouble in being able to swallow them even after they have broken them in half. The Vitacost capsules mentioned in the post above are smaller and easier to swallow and both are 500 mg. Vitacost house brand is usually one of the cheaper suppliers for 500 mg B-1/ thiamine HCL.
